The 2010 Athletics New Zealand Cross Country Championships will be held on August 7th at Waikanae Park, Entries are via the Athletics New Zealand website and close on Sunday 25th July. The course is a mixture of flat and undulating ground with a few short sharp rises each lap. There are 2 hurdles on each 2KM lap.

Electronic chip timing will be used.

Prizegiving ceremony and refreshments will be at the Waikanae Rugby Club at the north eastern end of Waikanae Park soon after the final event.
