Tim Stewart won the running section in races 3 & 4, with a fastest time of 16.47 in race 3, after a battle with Craig Edwards. There was a good turnout of 22 walkers and 38 runners in race 4. Resolutions
Given up on them already? It's not too late to restate them into something more achieveable. I found this ebook titled "8 Secrets to a New Year's Resolution Solution" on Joel Marion's website http://www.cheatyourwaythin.com/. The subject was fat loss, but the ideas apply to any goal setting. The secret headings were: 1. Stick to one big resolution 2. Make a measureable resolution 3. Personalize your resolution 4. Write down your resolution 5. Post your resolution 6. Review your resolution 7. Broadcast your resolution 8. Support your resolution.
